How to track my parcel

You will only be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch – it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated into our delivery partner’s tracking website.

Parcels

Occasionally, when stock from different suppliers is made available in the same warehouse, at the same time ­ we may consolidate orders where possible. This means that in some instances, you may receive different orders you have placed together in the same parcel. For these orders, the shipping and handling charges will remain unaltered as this fee not only covers the cost of dispatch, but the preparation of the order as well.

As a sales website, we do not build the delivery fees into the price of the items. Our aim is for shipping fees to remain at a flat rate in the UK so that you can see the actual price we are selling the products to you at. 

Delivery Costs

The actual cost of delivery will depend on the size and weight of your order, which will be automatically calculated at “check out” and the speed at which you want your order to arrive.

Standard Tracked Delivery, 48 hours

Delivery is expected in 2 working days from the date of Dispatch. Your order will be delivered by our nominated shipper and your tracking number is available in the My Orders section on the website and it will be emailed to you. You must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel.

Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of that item. You also have the option to exchange it for a different size or colour. Certain or sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Please make sure you fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

  • In all cases, the items returned must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

A standard delivery charge of £4.99 will be payable on exchange orders dispatched from the warehouse.

We cannot exchange pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. All exchanges are subject to availability.
